Logging into the Web Portal
To log into the web portal:
1. Launch a web browser i.e. Chrome.
2. Your web portal can be reached by either typing https://pbx.paragonvoip.com in the address bar, or by clicking the link CLIENT LOGIN in the top right portion of our website.
3. At the Login page, enter the login name ext@domain ( provided by ParagonVoIP, or system administrator upon system setup ). Then enter your password. For security purposes, each typed password character will be masked by a dot.
4 New Users click the new user link below and follow the screen directions to setup user credentials.
5. At the top-right hand of the page you will see your user and (ext #). If you are an Office manager level user, the portal will default to the Manage Organization screen. To manage your user portal click the your Name and select My Account.
6. To return to the Manage Organization screen from your account, Simple click the Manage Organization link at the top of the screen.
