Webrtc is available to any user with ReachUC Plus status. Standard users do not have access to webrtc. Contact your ParagonVoIP sales representative for further information about getting your user/s access to this feature. 

Webrtc can be accessed via webrtc.reachuc.com or by the webrtc link at reachuc.com. A desktop version is also available for your use via the Download link.

Simply use your existing PBX credentials to log into webrtc. Review and check the EULA agreement. 

To adjust app setting click the drop down next to your user name and select settings. 

Once setting is selected the menu to the left will adjust to show additional adjustable settings. Select and adjust accordingly to your preferred setup. 

Select back to return to the main dial screen. To make a call dial click numbers or click Call number to use computers number pad, then select video or phone call to place the call. Once on a call the call controls are located in the top right select of the screen. Hover over each for details of each.
