The process to invite others to participate in your meeting can be completed either by email, or copy and paste.
- To invite via email or copy, once host has initiated meeting click the invite +
- Confirm bridge information is correct and select either the email or copy button.
Conference call information is pulled from system according to the Users that is logged in. If user that is logged in does not have an owned conference bridge you can adjust the conference call information via the following steps.
- Click the word "Conference Call" and Complete the Audio Conference form as shown below and click Save.
- Sign Out of the Meeting Manager client, and then Sign In again to allow your changes to take effect.
- The next time you start a conference, your conference bridge number will be displayed.
